Jacob Germansky

“I have over a decade of fitness & training experience and have a well rounded education of anatomy & physiology. My area of expertise is knowing how to work a single muscle group in various ways to relieve aches and pains and have long term relief. This started while I was performing my own workouts, and led to me helping others while in the gym. Personally, the gym has always been a place that feels like home. That being said, I understand this feeling may not be universal to others. I have always strived to make fitness more approachable for those who need support.

Since I had ongoing fitness experience, I felt it was necessary to pair this with proper scientific knowledge. With desire to provide the best support and training services, I enrolled in the National Personal Training Institute and completed a 500 hour collegiate program. My priority while attending this college level trade school was to learn anatomy and physiology. This allowed me to truly understand how the body functions regarding physical fitness. This was my first major step in beginning a career within the fitness industry.
My first job as a Personal Trainer was at Life Time in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The vast clientele gave me the opportunity to train people of all ages, which narrowed my focus into how to overcome aches and pains while implementing other goals. While collaborating with colleagues, we started an Animal Flow class that reached over 50 classes with over 50 people in various locations. To showcase the passion behind bringing a community together, these classes were open to the public for no cost.
Through my time working in the gym, I acknowledged a few common setbacks from my clientele. The most common were that client’s felt uncomfortable in a gym atmosphere, they worked in the city (or extended commute) and did not have anymore time in the day to get to the gym, or they did not have childcare. In an effort to eliminate setbacks, I decided it would be better to bring the gym to my clients.
In October of 2019, I founded Jagged Fitness as a mobile personal training business. My primary mission remains to help people reach their wellness goals, and now I have reduced the added stressors. During the start of the business, I was an Adjunct Professor at the National Personal Training Institute. This gave me the opportunity to apply and expand my knowledge while certifying graduates from the program. When I am not training clients, I work as a Volunteer Firefighter in Berkeley Heights, NJ. Aside from my standard responsibilities, I oversee the Fitness Committee in an effort to help firefighters stay healthy, strong and prevent injury. The combination of these career paths has been a defining factor for me; I am always helping those in need.”

Jon Libreros

Jon’s over 10 year journey into fitness began early, inspired by his brother and cousin, both passionate trainers and bodybuilders. A pivotal moment came when he accompanied his brother to Parisi Speed School and met elite trainer Martin Rooney. From that point on, Jon knew his calling was to help others achieve their best.

With years of experience and a range of certifications, Jon brings a unique, story-driven approach to training. His method is rooted in the Training for Warriors philosophy by Martin Rooney, focusing on strength, speed, and nutrition through simple, consistent habits. His favorite motto, “people don’t care how much you know, they care about how much you care,” guides his work.

Jon specializes in coaching clients who’ve struggled with confidence, past injuries, or hesitation toward fitness. By finding each person’s “why,” he helps clients stay connected to their goals, whether they’re building strength, recovering from injury, or gaining the confidence to try something new. His proudest transformation is a client who, after knee replacement surgery, shed 30 pounds, gained confidence, and returned to the pickleball court—stronger than ever.

Outside training, Jon is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His ultimate vision? To own a dojo where he can pass down the values of discipline and resilience to young students, helping them grow through jiu-jitsu.

Healthy living is not only a passion of mine, but also a lifestyle that I look forward to sharing with you. With an educational background in human physiology and strength training, I am uniquely qualified to assist each client in reaching new levels of fitness ambitions and would be honored to guide you towards further growth and personal accomplishment.
