About Jagged Fitness
Jagged Fitness was founded in 2019 to fill a gap within the fitness industry. The founder of Jagged Fitness, Jacob Germansky, realized several problems while training clients at a gym.
The most common excuse was lack of time. Many clients commuted long hours, had a busy family life, could not get to the gym in the morning or before close. Other clients felt self-conscious about working out in a gym and preferred a private space.
We provide convenience and accountability, while alleviating the added stress that going to the gym may cause.
Our Training Philosophy
Jagged Fitness has a unique training philosophy. In order to create progress, you must commit to the process. Reaching your health and fitness goals will take time.
As with a jagged line being uneven, your fitness journey will have inconsistencies. Jagged Fitness will help you stay on course by providing the guidance necessary to reach your goals.

Besides that, he’s a pretty cool dude to hang out with in general. I definitely recommend his training to literally anyone both new or experienced to fitness/working out.
